Charles “C.J.” Ray first began working in employment litigation during law school at a Los Angeles based firm. Upon passing the bar and having an interest in the area, he continued with that firm as an associate attorney for several years litigating and representing various clients on issues of wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation, among many others. In an effort to work closer to home, Mr. Ray started his own practice located in Orange County. After almost five years of success on his own, he expanded to cover his growing list of clients by partnering up with long-time friend and fellow attorney Spencer Seyb to start Ray & Seyb, LLP.
